The company has a board of Six Directors and Eleven Shareholders. All shareholders are Tanzanians.

The day-to-day activities are carried out through supervision by a Managing Director, Eng. Seni Manyangu assisted by the departmental heads split into key departments, namely:

• Technical Department.
• Administration and Finance Department; and
• Business Development Department
