Geoplan is a limited Liability Company and its internal ultimate authority is the
Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) is held exclusively responsible
for daily management. The Organization Structure has three vertical levels;
The Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O), and Heads of Department.
Within Departments, there are Sections and Units. The Directorates are Financial,
Personnel and Administration, Infrastructure Development, Information and
Communication Technology, Irrigation and Water Supply and Survey & Mapping.
